How to start - 3 steps
- Contact us. Tell us your company name, country, EU VAT number, type of business (pet shop, online store, chain, wholesaler) and the approximate size of your orders. We reply within 1 working day and send you our wholesale price list.
- Agree the terms. We agree the minimum order, payment terms, currency (EUR or PLN) and the shipping method - courier or pallet.
- Place your first order. We dispatch your order from Kielce within 1-2 working days of receiving it.

Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order is low - you order by the carton. The exact minimum is agreed individually to suit the size of your shop.
Can I mix different products in one shipment?
Yes. You can combine cardboard scratchers, cat furniture, toys and rabbit products in one order and one shipment.
Do you ship to other EU countries?
Yes. We ship across the EU by courier or on pallets with carriers handling international shipments. Orders leave our warehouse in Kielce, Poland within 1-2 working days of receipt. The delivery time to your country is agreed per order.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed individually with each trade customer.
Which currency do you invoice in?
We invoice in EUR or PLN. Every order comes with an invoice.
Can you supply cat grass to my country?
Not at the moment. Live cat grass is currently supplied to customers in Poland only. If you are interested in cat grass for your market, let us know - it helps us plan future deliveries.
Can I get samples before the first order?
Yes, we send samples to new trade customers so they can check the quality. Just call or email us.
I run an online store. Will I get product photos?
Yes. We send product files - photos, EAN codes and dimensions - ready to use in your online store.
Can you make scratchers under my own brand?
Yes, cardboard cat scratchers are also available under the own brand of a pet store chain or wholesaler (private label). The scope is agreed individually.
